Jake is a born and raised Orlando resident who had a passion for sports and being active from an early age. Jake's initial draw to the gym came after a hip injury in high school that caused him to miss nearly a year of sports. His mission to help others through health and fitness began here, leading him to eventually obtain his CPT in 2018 and eventually make it a full time career in 2020. 

Jake chose to be a trainer because of the positive effect that fitness had on his life, an effect he aims to provide for each client. He takes pride in having a guiding role in someone’s journey to health and strength.
