Unlike group classes or gym sessions, one-on-one training offers undivided attention from the trainer throughout the entire session. This allows for immediate feedback, corrections to form, and adjustments to the workout based on how the client is performing. Ensuring correct form and technique is a crucial part of one-on-one training. Trainers prioritize safety to reduce the risk of injury and promote long-term health.
