Unlike one-on-one personal training where the session is focused solely on one client, semi-private training involves a small group of clients.

The trainer designs individualized programs for each participant based on their fitness goals, abilities, and any specific needs or limitations they may have. Programs may include a variety of exercises such as strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility work, and more.

Semi-private training can be more economical than one-on-one sessions. This makes personalized training more accessible to individuals who may find individual sessions cost-prohibitive.
"I'm so glad Candace offers semi-private training. I like having others in at the same time so I know I will see familiar faces during every workout. Although we're all doing different workouts, everyone is there to push each other and provide support."
