As my needs have changed, he's been able to adapt programs from powerlifting to weight loss based on differing needs. Thomas Jacobsen is guided by a relentless focus that is grounded in science and education. With Thomas I am not performing a boring routine of exercises but instead it is strength training that is carried out in a focused manner, where every single movement is done with full attention. I get so much out of every single workout and upon reflection every single exercise. I call Thomas sneaky hard as his style of motivation is calm but his execution is tough! I have never worked out with a trainer who has instructed me more about postural assessment and movement efficiency. I have learned to rethink my movements outside of the gym and use my core strength to improve my posture and the way I integrate whole body movement which helps me transition from the gym, to the office, to the yard – wherever. Life is about working hard and playing more and Thomas helps his clients excel at both.

I’ve been training with Candace for 6 months now. She is an expert at what she does especially in training people with injuries. I have had improvements in my overall health and strength. I have built a significant amount of muscle and am seeing results. She is very knowledgeable about diet and nutrition. She is also consistent, kind and dedicated to her clients. She really does care about those she works with. The gym has a great atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and inviting.
